In order to present the highest level of after-sales service to the customers of Hyundai in Egypt; GB Auto has launched large investments in the after-sales services’ sector that includes the establishment of numerous advanced service centers in many locations all around Egypt, for reinforcing the principle of availability of the service wherever the customer exists. GB Auto has increased the number of service centers to 9 distributed among Cairo - Giza - Alexandria - Assiut - Sharm El Sheikh and Hurghada, the number is planned to be increased to 12 service centers by the end of 2012, and thus three centers are to be added so as to cover Canal Zone and Upper Egypt. It is worth mentioning that the new service center; which was inaugurated recently in Ismailia Desert road, is the largest among the service centers of Hyundai in the Middle East and Africa. Besides it is considered one of few centers around the world that has been equipped with the highest level of equipment and devices, in which the company has invested huge sums of money aiming at providing the service to the Arab citizen in a standard that is not lower but higher than the services Hyundai provides to its customers in developed countries. It is also worth mentioning that GB Auto Company is paying plenty of attention to human resources, as it assigns the featured staff members from Egypt and/or from abroad to join the team of the company. It does not skimp on providing them with persistent training, whether in Egypt or abroad.
